How Escrow Works

Jetescrow is the Worlds most secure Cross Chain DeFi platform allowing users to pay for goods/services securely without fear of losing their funds.
Escrow services are the key to more secure payments. This financial arrangement allows a representative third party to bring neutrality to transactions by holding payment of the cryptocurrency required for two parties involved in a given transaction. The escrow service provider manages the cryptocurrency in question and keeps them secure throughout the duration of the transaction, releasing the cryptocurrency ONLY after terms of transaction between all parties are fully met.

Buyer/Seller of service/product initiates an escrow contract

One of the two parties, either the Buyer or Seller initiates the transaction. This is done by making an escrow request using the contact form or via our official email (contracts@jetescrow.co). An invitation is sent to the other party to acknowlege their participation and give consent. With both parties on board, a contract is drawn with both parties solidifying and accepting the terms of the contract.

Buyer pays Jetescrow

The Buyer or Seller can initiate the trade. The Buyer sends the cryptocurrency equivalent of amount as stated in the contract to Jetescrow's escrow service, where it is immediately converted to a USD stablecoin and stored in a no-interest escrow account. The value of the cryptocurrency is protected from volatility until both parties agree the transaction is complete.

Seller Delivers product/service

The Buyer sends cryptocurrency to Jetescrow's escrow service for safekeeping. Following this, the Seller delivers the product/service to the Buyer and submits the associated tracking information to Jetescrow. The Buyer will then verify they have received the product/service as agreed upon in the contract.

Buyer accepts product

When the product/service is fully delivered, the Buyer must inspect the product/service and determine if they want to keep it within a set number of days. If the product/service doesn't meet the specifications as contained in contract, the Buyer may choose to reject the offering.

Jetescrow releases payment to Seller

If the offering is as specified, the Buyer can choose to accept the product. When this happens, Jetescrow will convert the stablecoin to the original cryptocurrency and release it to the Seller.

Clear visibility into the process

The Jetescrow platform provides users with a complete set of status updates throughout the escrow process. Both the Buyer and Seller have full insight into the steps that are their responsibility, including where they are in the transaction process.

What happens if buyer is dissatisfied?

In the event that the buyer of a product/service is dissatisfied, the buyer can terminate the said contract. Upon contract termination, Jetescrow will return funds to buyer.

Payment options

Jetescrow was a cryptocurrency-only escrow service, however, due to popular demands, we have made provision for Perfect Money payments

Once the Buyer sends funds to Jetescrow's escrow services, they are converted to a USD stablecoin to protect the value of the Buyer's assets. In the event of volatile price swings, users can rest assured that they still have the capital to fulfill their purchase. Jetescrow will convert funds back to the original cryptocurrency in the event that the sale doesn't go through.

Jetescrow Escrow Accounts

Transactions made using Jetescrow's escrow services are held in a secure, non-interest-bearing trust escrow account until the Buyer and Seller agree the transaction is complete. The use of an escrow account ensures that parties are protected against chargebacks, fraud, or low-quality goods.
